I am an accountant of an online company. My future goal is getting my master degree and CPA license. I either want to open my own accounting firm or be an executive officer of a company. I want to get a house with big backyard.
I have been working for long time and work in many different fields, from sales to purchasing, from bookkeeper to accountant, from East coast to West coast to Midwest. I gained a lot of experiences and knowledge from all those years. With my knowledge and experiences, it is not hard to find a job with good pay after I get my master degree and CPA license. After a year or two, I should have enough saving to get a bigger house. But before that, I need to work hard to finish my school and get my license. I know it is not an easy way but I am so confident that I will accomplish it in five years.

Great...you have a set of expertise in different fields which definitely will benefit you in any workplace. Having plenty of experiences will contribute positively in landing that one perfect or suitable job. Your goal in acquiring your masters and CPA will only help blossom and accelerate your career to it's fullest. Your goal is very career centered like most of us. And it seems like you are already taking actions to achieve your goal, by getting the necessary experience, working in different fields. That would definetely take you a step further to reach your goal.

One question? Why did you chose accounting as your major? Another one. What do you mean by a good salary? Because everywhere i see accounts don't get paid anything. And that's why i hate it. There is no respect and appreciation for accountants. They are managers not leaders, do you agree with me on that? If you do why chose a field where you know you will always be a manager not a leader. By the way i am an Accounting major and am most probably going for the CPA license. So please don't get offended by my words. I am just curious.

You sound very determined in all of your goals. I think that having field experience will be helpful to you in supplement to your education. I wish you luck on your CPA exams.
